1. We respect confidentiality and loyalty and expect the same from our partners. So, once you become Marketing Associate for our products, you can not directly or indirectly sell, promote, market or support any similar or competitive product, system and/or devices in India.
2. As a Technology & Customer Focus organization, we understand the importance of Technical and Marketing support. We shall provide the same to our business alliance, from time to time, as and when required.
3. The contractual agreement is subject to review and extension based on the performance recorded during the tenture.
4. Any dispute arising out of contractual obligations, will be settled in the court of law at Gurgaon (Haryana state) only.
